First-time applicants fuse the application with recognitions, awards, and certificates that they just made up to increase their chances of being employed.
  • Core competencies – Applicants who are not familiar with complicated computer programs like Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite bravely indicate on their application that they are well versed and educated in the use of such programs.
